Our charging station was installed within two weeks. We received a lot of information upfront and a very competitive quote. On-site, we received excellent advice about the location of the charging station, a solution we hadn't thought of ourselves, but which concealed the cable beautifully. Fast delivery and installation. I requested a solar-powered unit that could charge my car. I generate a maximum of 5kW in the summer. The unit that was installed only charges at 3x6 amps, so well above 4kW. So this feature doesn't work. The charging station also displays error messages, and I can't charge. I then have to reset the charging sensor in the meter box and connect it to the charging unit. After 8 months, I contacted them for a solution. The solution was a different brand/type of charging station, which was installed at an additional cost and without installation costs. So, excellent service.
